*BUMP*!!
I noticed this back when I first got her but thought I would get used to it but I just havent. It stands out quite a bit. Her one eye is not only larger than its supposed to be, it looks slightly to the side. Ive been putting off doing anything about it because I love Mari's coloring and face shape and I have heard many people say there are chubbier and different colored dolls out there. But now that her stock is so low, Im afraid I might get stuck with her. I ordered her back in June but if I tell AG the problem, will they tell me I have to pay for a head replacement or would they still be willing and able to send me a new doll to look over? Ive never had to do this before so I wasnt sure how to go about it. Thanks

I would call Customer Service and tell them about it--it sounds like you should get a free head replacement, since your doll came that way. Ask about getting a return label so you don't have to pay the shipping.
My Kirsten has a lazy eye too and silver eye in that eye as well, and I just can't bring myself to send her in, believe it or not, I think it's cute, lol. I won't get her head replaced. She has one of those colorless, too-chubby, slightly misshapen faces that dolls had during the Mattel transition, and I find her SO adorable That said, I've had Kirsten for about 7 years, and she's had a little time to grow on me. If I had noticed her problems within the first year, I probably would have had her fixed. So, I think you might consider getting her a new head, or even asking if one our talented board members to give her a transplant. Good Luck!

Unfortunately its not just the eye. I wish I could do that because now I feel sort of connected to my doll You can see that the opening of the left eye is smaller or maybe the right one is too large. Either way they do not match. And the left looks to the side.
Anyway, I have tried to get some pictures. Its so hard to tell in closeups like this. But anyone, let me know what y'all think

BTW: Isnt 'y'all' just a great american word? LOL
Ooh, you're right, the eye openings do look different sizes.
My Nellie has a slight lazy eye problem. But her eyes are also a bit loose, so I can gently nudge them back to the correct position whenever they get out of alignment. I felt really bad about doing this the first few times (poor Nellie-girl, with someone touching her eyes!) but now it's kinda cute, I guess!
As everyone else has recommended, I would talk to AG. Maybe they could do an eye replacement to correct the lazy eye, and leave the head intact - even though the openings are different sizes. That way it wouldn't be as bad as getting a whole new head.

Anyone else? Is it that bad or am I being picky?
No, you're not being picky--the eyes are definitely not symmetrical, and CS should fix this for free.
If you don't want a head replacement, you could exchange her for a new Marisol(better hurry!) and request that a PS hand-pick a nice doll for you.
If the Marisols are sold out, then a head replacement would probably be your only option to correct the eye-opening disparity.
There have been slight variations of her face width, but it's not really enough to notice unless you have two different dolls side-by-side to compare.
If it were me I'd get the head replacement, but that's just me.
Good luck, and I hope everything works out for you and Marisol!
Thanks for reassuring me! I know the reason why I brought it back up was because I realize they are going to sell out of the dolls soon. How would I go about getting a ps to pick one out for me? I have never been to any AGP. And you do think a head replacement would be best? I have heard that with these many times they just end up giving you a new doll anyway. But that could be just rumors or something. I guess what Im afraid of is that I love her skintone and face shape and Im scared that that will get changed somehow. All I want are her eyes to be symmetrical
